This is where Churros come from. 
The Churro Tree grows only in Tamaulipas, Mexico.  It’s harvested whole and boiled for two weeks straight to soften it to edibility, over which time it shrinks to only 5% of its original size.  It’s then dipped quickly in cinnamon sugar and served.
